All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our work, all payments made for services are non-refundable. Once a service has been scheduled, delivered, or work has commenced, we cannot offer refunds, in full or in part.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Credits will be issued for any Classes, Camps, Workshops and/or events.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a Private Tumbling Lesson, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Rescheduling within the notice period is permitted based on availability. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve an issue will be considered a breach of our agreement and may result in termination of any current or future services, as well as potential legal action.
