Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Cheerboss LLC. We are committed to providing high-quality services and a professional experience. Please take a moment to review our No Refunds Policy before engaging our services.

Due to the nature of our work, all payments made for services are non-refundable. Once a service has been scheduled, delivered, or work has commenced, we cannot offer refunds, in full or in part.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a Private Lesson appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Rescheduling within the notice period is permitted based on availability. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable. ONLY credits will be issues for Classes, events, workshops and camps.
 

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve an issue will be considered a breach of our agreement and may result in termination of any current or future services, as well as potential legal action.
